ABOUT KATIE
Throughout her career, Katie Beach has studied teams and leaders from a variety of perspectives. From the high intensity sidelines of Division 1 athletics to the quiet intensity of boardroom meetings, Katie has helped leaders and teams embrace uncertainty and face challenges head-on, becoming a trusted voice along the way.
Katie’s diverse background equips her with the unique ability to connect deeply with a variety of audiences. As a speaker, facilitator, and coach, Katie brings wisdom and high energy, inspiring participants to push boundaries and create real impact in their lives and their organizations. Her passion lies in driving employee engagement and helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential.
Katie earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from East Carolina University, and in addition to her Pirate family, after working at Virginia Tech for over ten years, also has a Hokie heart.
